Abstract:
This research aimed 1) to study the problems of system which are working in caring and helping for students in primary schools under the Pattani Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, 2) to compare the factors affected to the problems of the system taking care and giving help for students in primary schools under the Academic Area Office of Pattani Primary Schools Service Area Office 3. Proportional stratified random sampling was used from the teachers in primary schools in the Area Office of Pattani Primary Schools Service Area Office 3, totaling 268 teachers. The tool employed for data collection was a questionnaire with confident value of .99. The statistics employed for analyzing the data were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, Oneway ANOVA, and Scheffe method test.
The working problems of system in caring and helping students from primary schools in general was in medium level ( = 3.27). When considered in each aspect, it found that the problems of work was in medium in all aspects, and the average ordered as the following: the average of step of control, evaluation and follow-up, and reporting were averaged in the highest level ( = 3.38), the second, the step of preparation and planning ( = 3.29) and the step of working on planning ( = 3.22). When compared, the teachers with different genders and experiences had attitude toward these problems indifferently. For the different sizes of schools, these problems in general were different with statistically significance at .05 levels. In general, small size of schools had these problems differently. In addition, large and medium sizes of schools had these problems differently and the large ones had statistically significance at .05 levels, in the management of school directors and the cooperation of their personnel. In addition, the sizes of schools had indicated that their total of students are more or less. For the small size of schools, their total students, teachers, executive resources such as budgets, materials, buildings, etc. were given less compared to the larger ones. It included their budget allocation from upper units that distributed into the small size of schools with different amounts.
