Abstract:
This research aimed to study the personnel management of Taluban Municipality School, Saiburi district, Pattani province, and to collect some recommendations for an improvement of the personnel management of Taluban Municipality School, Saiburi district, Pattani province. The entire 50 populations, classified in accordance with the individual range or status, included executives and teachers of Taluban Municipality School, Saiburi district, Pattani province. The statistics, used in an analyzing the data, included frequency, average, and standard deviation. The Likert-scale questionnaire was used as a tool to collect the data. The result of the study showed that in an overall was at a high level in all aspects. However, when the population average was made a comparison, it was found that the female population had a higher degree of personnel management than the male population. The population with the educational background below the graduate or the undergraduate had a higher degree of personnel management than the graduate population. The postgraduate population and the population with some portfolio in the educational institute had a higher degree of personnel management than the population categorized as members of the education institute board, teachers and executives. Moreover, the population with a greater experience had a higher degree of personnel management than the inexperienced population or the population with less experience.
