Abstract:
The objective of this research was to study problems on information and communication technology of officers in primary schools, Pattani Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. Subjects were 63 officers who had responsibilities for use of information and communication technology in school. A 5-rating scale questionnaire was an instrument. Statistics for data analysis were frequency distribution, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Results of this research revealed as follows:
Problem of using information and communication technology in primary schools, Pattani Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 in an overall were at a moderate level
(µ = 2.78, σ = 0.71). Considering each aspect found that using of information and communication technology in teaching and learning management had much problems; development for information and communication technology system, and using of information and communication technology in administration had moderate problems.
Comparison by gender: female officers had more problems than male officers; by age: 45-49 years old, older than 50 years, 30-34 years old, 40-44 years old, 35-39 years old, and 25-29 years old had moderate problems, respectively. By working experience,
the officers who had 6-10 years, 11 years and up, 5 years and less had moderate problems, respectively. By size of school, the officers who worked in small schools had moderate problems, but in medium and large schools had less problems, respectively.
