Abstract:
The purposes of this research were to 1)Instruction Leadership of Administrators in Private School under Primary Education Office Area 2, Nonthaburi. 2) Compare leadership of Administrators in Private School between male and female. 3)Compare leadership of Administrators in Private School between the Administrators who less than Masters Degree and Mater Degree of Education Administration or more than that. 4)Compare leadership of Administrators in Private School between the Administrators who have less than 5 years of experience and more than 5 years of experience.
The sample consisted of 345 teachers of Private School under Primary Education Office Area2, Nonthaburi by Krejcie, R.V. and Morgans Determining Sample Size for Research Activity. The instrument for research were five-level rating scales questionnaires. The data were analyzed by percentage, mean score, the standard deviation and Z-test.
The result of research were as follow ;
1)The opinions of teachers in Private School to Leadership of Administrators in Private School under Primary Education Office Area2, Nonthaburi as a whole at the high level. The highest mean score was Transformational Leadership, and the lower was Transactional Leadership.
2) The result of teachers opinion compare as a whole and all 3 aspects ; sex experience and education level were not difference.
