Abstract:
การศึกษาเรื่อง ความคิดเห็นของผู้ปกครองนักเรียนต่อการจัดการศึกษาศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลในอำเภอสำโรง จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาความคิดเห็นของผู้ปกครองนักเรียนต่อการจัดการศึกษาศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้ปกครองนักเรียนต่อการจัดการศึกษาศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก จำแนกตามภูมิหลังของผู้ปกครอง ได้แก่ เพศ อายุ ความเกี่ยวข้องกับนักเรียน ระดับการศึกษา อาชีพ และรายได้ 3) เพื่อศึกษาข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับการจัดการศึกษาศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กใน 5 ด้าน คือ ด้านบุคลากร ด้านวิชาการ ด้านอาคารสถานที่และสิ่งแวดล้อม ด้านค่าใช้จ่าย และด้านความสัมพันธ์กับหน่วยงานและชุมชน การดำเนินงานวิจัย ใช้วิธีการวิจัยสำรวจจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นผู้ปกครองนักเรียน 275 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถาม มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.90 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทดสอบความแตกต่างความคิดเห็นของผู้ปกครองตามเพศโดยการทดสอบค่า t-test ทดสอบความแตกต่างความคิดเห็นของผู้ปกครองตามอายุ ความเกี่ยวข้อง ระดับการศึกษา อาชีพและรายได้ โดยใช้ค่า F-test และทดสอบรายคู่ด้วยวิธีการเชฟเฟ และวิธีของ LSD
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า
1. ผู้ปกครองที่เป็นกลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง จำนวน 187 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 68 มีอายุระหว่าง 25-35 ปี จำนวน 170 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 61.8 มีความเกี่ยวข้องเป็นมารดา จำนวน 176 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 64 มีระดับการศึกษาประถมศึกษา จำนวน 158 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 57.5 มีอาชีพเกษตรกรรม จำนวน 175 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 63.6 มีรายได้ของครอบครัวต่อเดือนต่ำกว่า 3,000 บาท คิดเป็นร้อยละ 43.6
2. ผู้ปกครองนักเรียนมีความคิดเห็นต่อการจัดการศึกษาศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับดีเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่าอยู่ในระดับดี 4 ด้าน คือ ด้านบุคลากร ด้านวิชาการ ด้านค่าใช้จ่าย ด้านอาคารสถานที่และสิ่งแวดล้อม ตามลำดับ และศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กสามารถจัดการศึกษาอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 1 ด้าน คือ ด้านความสัมพันธ์กับหน่วยงานและชุมชน
3. ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐาน เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้ปกครองนักเรียนต่อการจัดการศึกษาศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลในอำเภอสำโรง จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี พบว่าผู้ปกครองที่มี เพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา อาชีพ และรายได้ ต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นต่อการจัดการศึกษาศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กในภาพรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนผู้ปกครองที่มีความเกี่ยวข้องกับนักเรียนต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นต่อการจัดการศึกษาของศูนยืพัฒนาเด็กเล็กในภาพรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน
4. ข้อเสนอแนะต่อการจัดการศึกษาศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก ด้านบุคลากร พบว่า ควรเพิ่มจำนวนบุคลากรให้เพียงพอ และควรมีการส่งเสริมให้ครูผู้ดูแลเด็กได้รับการอบรมเพื่อเพิ่มประสบการณ์และขีดความรู้ความสามารถในการจัดการเรียนการสอนพร้อมทั้งต้องส่งเสริมครูผู้ดูแลเด็กได้รับการศึกษาต่อทางด้านปฐมวัยโดยตรง ด้านวิชาการ พบว่า ศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กควรมีการจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนแบบบูรณาการ ทั้งด้านทักษะสาระการเรียนรู้ รวมทั้งจัดมุมประสบการณ์เพื่อให้นักเรียนได้พัฒนาการเต็มตามวัยและวุฒิภาวะ และควรมีการปรับปรุงอุปกรณ์การเรียนให้หลากหลาย ควรมีการประเมินผลพัฒนาการของนักเรียนอย่างสม่ำเสมอและรายงานให้ผู้ปกครองทราบ ด้านอาคารสถานที่และสิ่งแวดล้อมควรสร้างอาคารเรียนเพิ่มขึ้นและมีการแยกห้องเรียน ห้องอาหาร ห้องน้ำให้เป็นสัดส่วนพร้อมทั้งดูแลให้สะอาดอยู่เสมอบริเวณภายนอกอาคารควรปรับปรุงภูมิทัศน์ให้ร่มรื่น และควรจัดให้มีสนามเด็กเล็ก และเครื่องเล่นที่ปลอดภัยสำหรับนักเรียน ด้านค่าใช้จ่ายควรมีการจัดทำบัญชีค่าใช้จ่ายพร้อมทั้งแจ้งให้ผู้ปกครองทราบเป็นระยะ ด้านความสัมพันธ์กับหน่วยงานและชุมชนควรให้ผู้ปกครองเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินงานศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กให้มากขึ้น และควรมีการติดตามและประเมินผลของจัดการศึกษาเพื่อประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น
The objective of this research were 1) to study parents's opinion toward the educational administration of Child Development Center 2) to compare parents's opinion toward the educational administration of Child Development Center classifying according to parent's background including gender, age, relation with student, educational background, occupation and income 3) to study the recommendation of educational administration of Child Development Center in 5 aspects including personal, academic, building and context, expenditure and relation with institute and community. The methodology selected the survey research. The sample group were 275 student's parents. The tool of data collection was the survey questionnaire with reliability 0.90. The statistic for data collection is consisted of The statistic for data analysis consisted of Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, tested the difference of parents's opinion according to gender via t-test, tested the difference of parents's opinion according to age, relation with the child, educational background, occupation and income via F-test, One-Way ANOVA and Scheffe's Method and LSD.
The research findings were as the following:
1. The majority of parents as sample group were female for 187 persons (68%), 170 persons of their age were between 25-35 years (61.8%) and 176 persons of them were the mother (64%) and 158 persons of them had the education background at Pratomsuksa (57.5%), 175 persons of them were agriculturists (63.6%), their income per household were under 3,000 baht (43.6%).
2. Student's parents expressed the overall of their opinion toward the educational administration of Child Development Center was at good level and when consider in facets level, it was found that all 4 aspects were at good level including personal, academic, expenditure and building and context, respectively, and Child Development Center could manage the education at middle level in single aspect including the relation between institution and community.
3. The test of hypothesis compared the parents's opinions toward the educational administration of Child Development Center of Samrong Sub-District Administration Organization Ubon Ratchathani found that parents with different in sex, age, educational background, occupation and income expressed the overall of their opinion toward the educational administration of Child Development Center were different significantly at .05. Parents with different relation to the students, they expressed the overall of their opinion toward the educational administration of Child Development Center were not different significant.
4. The study of recommendation relating personal factor found that it should be increased the number of personal to respond the requirement and it also should promote the teachers to be trained in order to increase their experience and skills according to seniority and qualification and it should increase the variety of education tools, it should evaluate the result of student improvement consistently and reported the result to their parents. As for building facility and environment, it should built the building increasingly and separated -the classroom, cafeteria, restroom as proper and it should also take care the cleanness of such building and context, the surrounding area of building should be maintained and adjust to be look shady, the playground should be built as proper and the plaything should be save for children. As for expenditure, it should make the income ¬expense account and inform to student's parent periodically. As for relationship with institute and community, it should open the opportunity for parent to participate the operation of Child Care Center increasingly, it should follow up and evaluate the educational administration for increasing the efficiency and it should inform the school record and other information to their parents periodically.
