Abstract:
The purpose of this research was to study the state management system of teacher according to the quality classroom, Group Chiangkham 1 school, chiangkham districts, Phayao province and analyze problems and suggestions to learning management system of the the teacher according to the quality classroom. As to be the guidelines for the improvement of the quality classroom, Group Chiangkham 1 school, Chiangkham districts, Phayao province. The population of the study and sample were the teachers in the Group Chiangkham 1 school, Chiangkham districts, Phayao Province. They were 231 people. The instrument used to collect the data was questionnaires. There were 5 components; introducing changes to the quality classroom; design standards-based learning units; classroom action research (CAR); in the use of ICT for teaching and learning support; and the Positive Discipline (Positive Discipline). The statistics used in the study were percentage, mean and standard deviation. The results illustrated as follows: 1) comment on the learning management of teacher in line with the quality classroom. Overall, the comment was great. When each item was taking into account, the items with the highest average was in the design standards-based learning units. Then, followed by the Positive Discipline (Positive Discipline), introducing the changes to the quality classroom, classroom action research (CAR). And the minimum average minimum was the used of ICT for teaching and learning support. 2) The issues by means of management of the teacher according to the quality classroom approach, most respondents found in the operating budget is limited. 3) The comments on the state of knowledge of the classroom teacher quality approach, the majority of the respondents suggested that it should be indcreasing the budget for the operation.
