Abstract:
This independent study aimed to study the factors affecting the job performance satisfaction and to investigate the relationship between factors affecting the job performance satisfaction of the service personnel at University of Phayao. Data were collected from 256 samples through a questionnaire and analysis by using the descriptive statistics; frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation, and t-test, f-test, and Correlation. The findings were as follows: factors affecting the job personnel section of the service personnel at University of Phayao in overall were at moderate level. To compare the relationship between the factors affecting the job performance satisfaction was at high lever at the significant level of 0.01 ranking from high to low; command and control (r = .841) relationship with colleagues and commanders (r = .806) Policy and Management (r = .791) progress in job and position (r = .788) Responsibility (r = .777) success in working (r = .756) recognition and Salary and benefits (r = .728) Mean file personal data; sex, age, level of personnel and different working experience to wards job performance satisfaction was not different at the significant level of 0.01
