Abstract: การวิจัยเชิงบรรยาย มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาภาวะความกดดันด้านจิตใจของผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภท และความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยคัดสรร ได้แก่ ระยะเวลาการเจ็บป่วย ความเกี่ยวข้องระหว่างผู้ป่วยกับผู้ดูแล ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภท ความสามารถในการดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภทของผู้ดูแล การเผชิญความเครียด การสนับสนุนทางสังคม การรับรู้ความรุนแรงของโรค กับภาวะกดดันด้านจิตใจของผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภท ในเขตตรวจราชการกระทรวงสาธารณสุขที่18 กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้รับการคัดเลือกแบบเจาะจง จำนวน 145 ราย เครื่องมือในการวิจัยประกอบด้วยแบบบันทึกข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบวัดความรู้เกี่ยวกับการดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภท แบบวัดความสามารถในการดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภท แบบวัดการเผชิญความเครียด แบบวัดการสนับสนุนทางสังคม แบบวัดการรับรู้ความรุนแรงของโรค แบบวัดภาวะกดดันด้านจิตใจ โดยเครื่องมือทุกชุดได้รับการตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 5 คนและ หาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์อัลฟาของครอนบาค ได้ค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .71, .91, .86, .93, .97 และ .97 ตามลำดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ประกอบด้วย ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติสหสัมพันธ์พอยท์ไบซีเรียล สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน โดยกำหนดระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1.ภาวะกดดันด้านจิตใจของผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภทอยู่ในระดับมาก ( = 2.55 ,SD = 0.28) 2.ความเกี่ยวข้องระหว่างผู้ป่วยกับผู้ดูแล มีความสัมพันธ์กับภาวะความกดดันด้านจิตใจของผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภทอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ.05 (r = -0.210 ) 3.ระยะเวลาการเจ็บป่วย การรับรู้ความรุนแรงของโรค มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับภาวะกดดันด้านจิตใจของผู้ดูแล อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ.05 (r = 0.226 , 0.862) 4.ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภท ความสามารถในการดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภทของผู้ดูแล การเผชิญความเครียด การสนับสนุนทางมีความสัมพันธ์ทางลบกับภาวะกดดันด้านจิตใจของผู้ดูแล อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ.05 (r = -0.634, -0.623, -0.753,และ -0.717 ตามลำดับ)

Abstract: The purposes of this descriptive research were to study psychological distress in caregiver in schizophrenic patien and relationship between psychological distress caregiver in schizophrenia patient among, duration of illness, The associated between patients and caregiver, Knowledge in caring of a schizophrenic patient, Caregiver’s capabilities in caregiver of schizophrenic patients , Coping, Social support, Measuring the perceived severity of the disease, and the psychological distress of caregivers of patients with schizophrenia. Subjects were 145 caregivers of schizophrenia patients. In the Ministry of Public Health, 18. Were selected by random sampling technique. The research instruments were The Personal data Record, Knowledge in caring of a schizophrenic patient, Caregiver’s capabilities in caregiver of schizophrenic patients, Coping, Social support, Measuring the perceived severity of the disease, and the psychological stress of caregivers of patients with schizophrenia.All instruments were tested for content validity and reliability by 5 experts. The Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient reliability of these in struments were .71, .91, .86, .93, .96 and .96 respectively. Statistic techniques use utilized in data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. Point Biserial and Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient. Major findings were as follows; 1.Psychological distress caregiver of schizophrenia patients was at sever level( = 2.55 ,SD = 0.28) 2. The associated between patients and caregiver was statistical significantly related to Psychological distress caregiver of schizophrenia patients 3. duration of illness, Measuring the perceived severity of the disease were statistical significantly related to Psychological distress caregiver of schizophrenia patients (r = 0.226 , 0.862) 4.Knowledge in caring of as chizophrenic patient, Caregiver’s capabilities in caregiver of schizophrenic patients , Coping, Social support were statistical significantly related to Psychological distress caregiver of schizophrenia patients (r = -0.634, -0.623, -0.753, -0.717 respectively)
