Abstract:
The purposes of this study were to study attitude, subjective norm, online trust, and perceived risk of electronic payment through smartphones and to investigate the influence of attitude, subjective norm, online trust and perceived risk of electronic payment through smartphones.
Samples in this study were 550 smartphone users who had their own smartphones and lived in Bangkok and Pathum Thani province 437 responded questionnaires, which were accounted for 79.4 percent were employed. Convenience sampling was used as sampling method and questionnaire with five-scale rating was used for data collection. Frequency, Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation and Multiple Regressions were employed for data analysis.
The results indicated that the factors in terms of attitude, perceived risk, online trust and subjective norm of electronic payment through smartphones were rated at the High level with the mean score of 4.37, 4.27, 4.01 and 3.51, respectively. Also, the factors in the aspects of attitude, online trust, and perceived risk significantly had an influence on the acceptance of electronic payment through smartphones.
