THE PARTICIPATION IN CONSIDERATION OF ANNUAL PERFORMANCE DEPENDING ON THE EVALUATION CRITERIA OF TEACHERS AND ADMINISTRATORS IN NIKOMKUMSOI DISTRICT, MUKDAHAN PROVINCE
Abstract:
The purposes of this research were to investigate and compare the participation in consideration of annual performance depending on the evaluation criteria of teachers and administrators in Nikomkumsoi district, Mukdahan province classified by school types and positions. The samples consisted of teachers and school administrators in basic education of Nikomkumsoi district, Mukdahan province and determined the sample size by comparing from Krejcie and Morgans table and derived by Stratified Random Sampling. The instrument was a five- rating scale questionnaire with the discrimination power between 0.25 0.83 and the reliability coefficient of .96. The statistics were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and F-test (One-way ANOVA). The results of the research were as follows: The participation in consideration of annual performance depending on the evaluation criteria of teachers and administrators in Nikomkumsoi district, Mukdahan province was at the moderate level in overall aspects. The comparison results of the participation in consideration of annual performance depending on the evaluation criteria of teachers and administrators in Nikomkumsoi district, Mukdahan province. The classification by positions found that all aspects were significantly different at the .01 level, and the classification by school types found that all aspects were not different.
