Abstract: การศึกษาค้นคว้าครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ ศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบการมีส่วนร่วมในการ พิจารณาผลการปฏิบัติงานประจำปีตามเกณฑ์การประเมินของข้าราชการครูและผู้บริหารโรงเรียน อำเภอนิคมคำสร้อย จังหวัดมุกดาหาร จำแนกตามประเภทโรงเรียนและตำแหน่ง กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครูและผู้บริหารในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน อำเภอนิคมคำสร้อย จังหวัดมุกดาหาร กำหนดขนาด กลุ่มตัวอย่างจากการเทียบเคียงตาราง Krejcie and Morgan ได้มาโดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกรายข้อ ระหว่าง .25 – .83 และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ .96 สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วน เบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และทดสอบสมมุติฐานโดยใช้ค่าที ( t – test แบบ Independent Sample) และ วิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (F – test แบบ One – Way ANOVA) ผลการศึกษาค้นคว้า พบว่า การมีส่วนร่วมในการพิจารณาผลการปฏิบัติงานประจำปีตาม เกณฑ์การประเมินของข้าราชการครูและผู้บริหารโรงเรียนอำเภอนิคมคำสร้อย จังหวัดมุกดาหาร โดย ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ผลการเปรียบเทียบการมีส่วนร่วมในการพิจารณาผลการปฏิบัติงาน ประจำปีตามเกณฑ์การประเมินของข้าราชการครูและผู้บริหารโรงเรียนอำเภอนิคมคำสร้อย จังหวัด มุกดาหาร จำแนกตามตำแหน่งพบว่า โดยรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 เมื่อ จำแนกตามประเภทโรงเรียน พบว่า โดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน

Abstract: The purposes of this research were to investigate and compare the participation in consideration of annual performance depending on the evaluation criteria of teachers and administrators in Nikomkumsoi district, Mukdahan province classified by school types and positions. The samples consisted of teachers and school administrators in basic education of Nikomkumsoi district, Mukdahan province and determined the sample size by comparing from Krejcie and Morgan’s table and derived by Stratified Random Sampling. The instrument was a five- rating scale questionnaire with the discrimination power between 0.25 – 0.83 and the reliability coefficient of .96. The statistics were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and F-test (One-way ANOVA). The results of the research were as follows: The participation in consideration of annual performance depending on the evaluation criteria of teachers and administrators in Nikomkumsoi district, Mukdahan province was at the moderate level in overall aspects. The comparison results of the participation in consideration of annual performance depending on the evaluation criteria of teachers and administrators in Nikomkumsoi district, Mukdahan province. The classification by positions found that all aspects were significantly different at the .01 level, and the classification by school types found that all aspects were not different.
