Abstract:
The purposes of this study were to investigate and to compare the personnel management of female school administrators in schools under the Office of Nakhon Phanom Primary Educational Service Area 2 classified by work experience and school-size. The samples were 187 teachers. The instrument used was a five-rating scale questionnaire. The statistics employed in data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t - test and F - test. The results were found that the overall personnel management of female school administrators in schools under the Office of Nakhon Phanom Primary Educational Service Area 2 was at the high level. The comparison of the personnel management of female school administrator classified by work experience was found that the overall aspect was not different. Considering in individual aspect, it was found that one aspect was statistically significant different at the .05 level. The personnel management of female school administrators classified by school - size was found that three aspects were statistically significant different at the .01 level, whereas one aspect was statistically significant different at the .05 level
