Abstract:
The purposes of this study were to study and compare the performance based on education standards in the aspect of educational management classified according to educational backgrounds and school sizes of secondary schools in Nakae district, Nakhon Phanom province. The samples consisted of 187 education personnel of secondary schools in Nakae district, Nakhon Phanom province classified by 92 education personnel of bachelor degree and 34 education personnel of higher bachelor degree. The instrument used in this study was a rating scale questionnaire with reliability of 0.92. The statistics were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t - test and F - test. The results were as follows: The performance based on education standards in the aspect of educational management was at the high level in overall and individual aspects, when comparing the performance based on education standards in the aspect of educational management classified according to educational backgrounds was not different in overall aspect. The individual consideration, there were different 2 aspects; the standards of teachers performance were effective and conduced to the effectiveness. The standards of administrators performance were effective and conduced to the effectiveness, when classified according to school sizes in overall and individual aspects found that 2 aspects were different; standards of teachers performance were effective and conduced to the effectiveness and standards of school boards, community, and parents performance were effective and conduced to the effectiveness.
