THE IMPLEMENTATION ON EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION STANDARDS IN THE ASPECT OF LEARNERS QUALITY OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS UNDER NAKHON PHANOM EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 2
Abstract:
The purposes of this research were to investigate and compare the implementation on early childhood education standards in the aspect of learners quality of school administrators under Nakhon Phanom Educational Service Area Office 2 classified by educational backgrounds and work experiences. The samples consisted of 123 school administrators. The determination of the sample size by comparing with Krejcie and Morgans table and derived by Stratified Random Sampling. The instrument used for gathering data was a five-rating scale questionnaire which showed the discrimination power between .35 - .91, and the reliability coefficient of .92. The statistics employed in data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test (Independent Samples) and F-test (One-way ANOVA). The results of the research were as follows: The implementation on early childhood education standards in the aspect of learners quality of school administrators was at the high level in overall and individual aspects and the comparison result classified by educational backgrounds and work experiences was not different in overall and individual aspects.
