Abstract:
The research is purpose to study the attitudes and behavior of the social networks in
the public sector a case study of department of skill development. The sample collected in the study came from working in the department of skill development for 400 persons. The method including of convenience random sampling and questionnaire, Statistical programs are used in the analyzing.
The study revealed that the attitude towards the use of social networks at moderate levels in three aspects: the trusted provider of online social networking sites, The trust the online social networking service and commitment. And the attitude towards the use of social networks at high levels in three aspects: The conflict insensitivity, Satisfaction in the use of social networking services and the benefits of using social networking services.
This research also finding that demographic factors have relationship to behavior using social network the factors are demographic as age, education, income and position. Demographic factors have no relationship to behavior using social network the factors are demographic as gender and status. And attitude to use social networking sites are different. Affect the behavior of the social networking sites are different.
