The Relationship between Transformational Leadership Features and Efficient Enhancement of School Administrator Performance in Nakae-Wang Yang District Secondary Schools, Nakhon Phanom Province.
Abstract:
The purposes of this research were to (1) investigate and compare the feature of the school administrators. Classified according to experience and school size (2) investigate and compare efficient enhancement of the school administrators. Classified according to experience and school size (3) investigate the multiple the relationship between transformational leadership features of efficient enhancement (4) To construct predictive equations of transformational leadership features of efficient enhancement The samples consisted of were 134 education personnel in
Nakae-Wang Yang District from technique from table of Krejcie and Morgan Multistage Sampling. The tools used in data collection was a rating scale questionnaire. The statistics employed in data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, One-way ANOVA, Correlation and stepwise multiple regression analysis.
The result of this research were as follows : (1) feature of the school administrators were the high level compare the feature of the school administrators classified according to experience were different. classified according to school size the overall if were not different.
