Abstract:
The purposes of this research were to study the Transformation Leadership in Administrators, Internal of basic Education school and the relationship between Transformation Leadership in Administrators with Internal of Basic Education School of The Secondary Educational Service Area 36 Group 2. The Samples were 201 teachers who performed duties in 2014 academic year in The Secondary Educational Service Area 36 Group 2.The instrument to collect data was questionnaire. The data analyses were performed using Package Computer program, the statistical techniques employed were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson Correlation Coefficient.
The research results showed that
1. The overall 4 dimensions of Transformation Leadership in Administrators of Basic Education School of The Secondary Educational Service Area 36 Group 2were high level.
2. The overall 5 dimensions of Internal of Basic Education School of The Secondary Educational Service Area 36 Group 2 were high level.
3. The Transformation Leadership in Administrators of overall 4 dimensions had positive relationship with the overall 5 dimensions of the Internal of Basic Education School. The correlation coefficient was significant at .01 level, r=0.90
