Abstract: การวิจัยเรื่อง การดำเนินงานศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กสังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล จังหวัดปทุมธานี มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1. เพื่อศึกษาการดำเนินงานศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กสังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล จังหวัดปทุมธานี 2.เพื่อเปรียบเทียบการดำเนินงานศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กสังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล จังหวัดปทุมธานี จำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษา ตำแหน่ง และขนาดขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล ใช้ประชากรในการวิจัยคือ ผู้บริหาร ผู้ดูแลเด็กเล็กและคณะกรรมการศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กสังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล จังหวัดปทุมธานี จำนวน 682 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลในครั้งนี้ คือ แบบสอบถามค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ .98 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติที่ใช้ทดสอบสมมุติฐาน ได้แก่ การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) เมื่อพบความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 จะทดสอบความแตกต่างรายคู่ด้วยวิธีของเชพเฟ่ Schefféผลการวิจัยพบว่า1.ศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กสังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล จังหวัดปทุมธานี มีการดำเนินงานภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาตามรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านความสัมพันธ์ชุมชนกับการประชาสัมพันธ์ มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด อยู่ในระดับมาก และด้านงานธุรการ การเงินและพัสดุ มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด อยู่ในระดับมาก2.เปรียบเทียบการดำเนินงานศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก จำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษา ตำแหน่งงานและขนาดขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล พบว่า (2.1จำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษา โดยภาพรวมและรายด้าน แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (2.2จำแนกตามตำแหน่งงาน โดยภาพรวม แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 เมื่อพิจารณาตามรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านธุรการ การเงินและพัสดุ และด้านความสัมพันธ์ชุมชนกับการประชาสัมพันธ์ แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ยกเว้น ด้านวิชาการ ด้านอาคารสถานที่และสิ่งแวดล้อม ด้านบุคลากรและด้านกิจการนักเรียนไม่แตกต่างกัน (2.3จำแนกตามขนาดขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล โดยภาพรวม ไม่แตกต่างกัน เมื่อพิจารณาตามรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านกิจการนักเรียน แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ยกเว้น ด้านวิชาการ ด้านอาคารสถานที่และสิ่งแวดล้อม ด้านบุคลากร ด้านธุรการ การเงินและพัสดุ และด้านความสัมพันธ์ชุมชนกับการประชาสัมพันธ์ไม่แตกต่างกัน

Abstract: The objectives of this research were1) to study the operation of Child Development Centers of Subdistrict Administration Organization of Pathum Thani Province2) to compare the operation of Child Development Centers of Subdistrict Administration Organization of Pathum Thani Province, classified by the levels of education, positions, and sizes of Subdistrict Administration Organizations. The population of this study were 682 child caretakers and the committee of child Development centers of Subdistrict Administration Organizations of Pathum Thani Province.The tool used in this study was a questionnaire with a reliability of .98. Statistics used to analyze the data were percentage, mean and standard deviation. Hypotheses were tested by One-way ANOVA. When the differences were found at the .05 level of significance, Scheffé s method was used to test the differences between pairs.The findings were as follows: 1.Overall, The Operation of Child Development Centers of Statistics Administration Organizations of Pathum Thani Province was at a high level considering each aspect, the findings were was as follows: the mean of the relationship with community and public relations at of a very high level, the mean of administration, finance and supplies were at the lowest level2. The comparison of the Operation of Child Development Centers of Subdistrict Administration Organizations of Pathum Thani Province, classified by the levels of education, positions, and sizes of Subdistrict Administration Organizations, indicated as follows:2.1 As classified by the level of education, overall and each aspects, there was significant deference at the level of .05.2.2 As classified by position, there was significant difference at .05 level as a whole. Considering each aspect, it was found that there was significant deference at the level of .05 in terms of administration, finance and supplies, and community relationship and public relation. But there was no difference in academic, buildings and environment, human resources and student affairs.2.3 As classified by size of the organization, there was no significant difference as a whole. Concerning each aspect, there was significant difference at the level of .05 in the aspect of student affairs. However, there was no significant deference in the following aspects: academic, buildings and environment, personnel, administration, finance and supplies, community relationship and public relation.
