Abstract: อุตสาหกรรมอิเล็กทรอนิกส์มีบทบาทสำคัญต่อเศรษฐกิจไทย หลายองค์กรได้นำเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศมาประยุกต์ใช้เพื่อตอบสนองต่อสภาวการณ์ที่เปลี่ยนแปลงไปอย่างรวดเร็วและเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการดำเนินงาน ปัญหาหนึ่งที่พบมากในหลายหน่วยงาน คือการขาดระบบฐานข้อมูลที่มีประสิทธิภาพ เช่นเดียวกับบริษัทกรณีศึกษา ปัจจุบันบริษัทเก็บข้อมูลเครื่องจักรไว้ในโปรแกรมตารางจัดการ (Spreadsheet) ซึ่งพบปัญหาข้อมูลซ้ำซ้อน ค้นหาข้อมูลยาก เกิดความผิดพลาดในการคำนวณ และข้อมูลสูญหาย ทำให้เสียเวลาในการบันทึกและอนุมัติคำร้อง โดยปกติการขอเพิ่มหรือแก้ไขข้อมูลเครื่องจักรเพื่อใช้ในการวางแผนทรัพยากรและการวางแผนการผลิตจะใช้เวลาโดยเฉลี่ย 3 วันต่อ 1 คำร้อง การศึกษานี้ได้นำเสนอระบบฐานข้อมูลเครือข่ายเพื่อสนับสนุนการวางแผนทรัพยากรเครื่องจักร การพัฒนาระบบเริ่มจากการวิเคราะห์ระบบงานปัจจุบัน และออกแบบระบบงานที่คาดหวัง โดยประยุกต์ใช้ .Net Framework ภาษา C#.Net และ Microsoft AQL Server ในการพัฒนาระบบฐานข้อมูลเครือข่าย ทำให้ข้อมูลถูกจัดเก็บเป็นระบบ ค้นหาได้รวดเร็ว ประมวลผลง่ายและถูกต้อง เกิดความผิดพลาดน้อย ผู้ใช้งานที่เกี่ยวข้องจะได้รับข้อมูลตรงกัน และได้รับเฉพาะข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องเท่านั้น ข้อมูลถูกใช้ให้เกิดประโยชน์ได้อย่างเต็มที่ นอกจากนี้ผู้ใช้งานสามารถดำเนินการอนุมัติคำร้องผ่านระบบเครือข่ายได้ทันที ผลจากการใช้งานระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นสามารถลดระยะเวลาการขออนุมัติลงเหลือ 1 วันต่อ 1 คำร้อง

Abstract: Electronics Industry plays an important role in Thai Economic. Information technology and database system have become a fundamental tool in business in order to quick respond the rapid changes of business environment and also to enhance the firm’s efficiency. Most of firms have their own database but many of them are still having problem with data management as well as the case study company presented in this paper. Currently, the case study company stores machines capability profile that is used for resource planning in spreadsheet software. They are having a problem of data management e.g. data replication, difficulty of data retrieval, planning errors, data losses, etc. As a result, the current procedure takes averagely 3 days per a request to approve the request of adding or editing machine capability profile. Consequently, it causes delays in machine resource planning and production scheduling. This study therefore presents a web based system to support machine resource planning. It applies C#.Net, .Net framework, and SQL server as the tools to develop the system. All machine capability profiles are stored in the integrity database of the system. The system allows users to add, to edit, to search, to request, and to approve a machine capability profile via the web regarding their authority. The result of implementation is able to reduce the duration of request and approval process down to 1 day per a request.
