Factors on quality of academic administration and service quality of supporting division that affected loyalty of vocational education students : a case study of Siam Business Administration Technological College
Abstract:
The independent study was carried out to investigate the quality of academic administration, the service quality of supporting division, the loyalty of Vocational Education students in Siam Business Administration Technological College, and the relationship between the qualities of academic administration, the service quality of supporting division with the loyalty of Vocational Education students in Siam Business Administration Technological College. The sample used in the study consisted of 353 Vocational Education students, and the data were collected through the application of questionnaires. The statistics applied for the data analysis comprised Percentage, Means, Standard Deviation, Independent Samples t-test, One-way ANOVA, Least Significance Difference (LSD), and Pearsons Correlation Coefficient at 0.05 level of significance.
The results of study showed that the majority of the respondents were female, studied in the first
year of Vocational Education in the field of Business Computer, earned 2.51-3.00 grade point average, and
lived with their mothers. The opinion concerning the quality of academic administration, the service quality
of supporting division, and the loyalty in the college were at a high level. It was found that the students with different gender and class year had differences in the loyalty in the college. The quality of academic administration had relationship with the loyalty at a moderate level, and the service quality of supporting division had a positive relationship with the loyalty at 0.05 level of significance.
