Development of teacher field experience information technology system for pre-service teachers, faculty of education Rajabhat University in Bangkok Metropolitan.
Abstract:
The study was designed as a Research and Development(R&D) with the objectives to: (1)analyze and synthesize a profession experience information technology system for pre-service teachers, Faculty of Education, Rajabhat University in Bangkok Metropolitan; (2)develop a professional experience information technology system model; (3)evaluate the a professional experience information technology system; and(4)evaluate and verify
a professional experience information technology system. The research consisted of seven steps:(1)to study related documents and research (R1), (2) todevelop a conceptual framework (D1),(3)to survey and design a model of the system (R2), (4)to develop aprofessional experience information technology system model(D2),(5)to evaluate
a professional experience information technology system model (R3), (6) to test a professional experience information technology system(R4), and (7) to evaluate and verify a professional experience information technology system (D3). The samples used in the study were 247 fifth year pre-service teachers enrolling in Teaching Practice 1 and 31supervisors in the field of education. The sample group was from the Faculty of Education, Dhonburi Rajabhat University. The research instrument used in the study were

a professional experience information technology system, and a professional experience information technology system evaluation and verification form.
The findings revealed the following results: the first, the analysis and synthesis of a professional experience information technology system showed that the system consisted of six elements: analysis,planning/objective setting, design, development, implementation and evaluation of the system, and publishing and maintenance. The second result from
a professional experience information technology system model showed that the quality of the development process and the effectiveness of the information system were at the highest level. The third result, the evaluation of a professional experience information technology system included (3.1) the results from the pre-service teachers teaching practice in schools revealed that more than 90% or 236 the pre-service teachers (95.55%) met the criteria when evaluated against the operations with the teaching competencies, portfolios and operational research in the class; and (3.2) the pre-service teachersand supervisors satisfaction towards a professionalexperience information technology system were highly satisfied. The fourth result, the experts evaluated and verified a professionalexperience information technology system was suitable at the highest level which could be implemented in the real situation.
