Abstract:
The purpose of this research were to study: 1) level of conflict management of school administrators, 2) level of school effective, and 3) relationship between conflict management of school administrators and school effective under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 4.
The research samples consisted of 338 teachers who taught in second semester education year 2014 selected by stratified random sampling. Data were collected using questionnaire. The data were analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearsons product moment correlation coefficient.
The research findings were as follows: 1) the overall level conflict management of school administrators was in the high level (X = 4.34), 2) the overall level of school effective was in the high level (X = 4.14), and 3) there was a positive relationship between the conflict management of school administrators and school effective under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 4 in the medium level at the .01 level of significance.
