Abstract:
The purposer of this study were to study and compare academic management competencies of school administrators, in Wongnoi District Ayutthaya Primary Education Service Area Office 1, classified by teaching experience and school size. The academic management included four parts : learning management, curriculum development, supervisory learning management and research promotion. The samples in this study included 196 teachers in Wongnoi District Ayutthaya Primary Education Service Area Office 1. The instrument was a five - point - rating scale questionnaire with Cronbach Alpha of .98 . The statistics used to analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-testThe results were as follows:1. The academic management competencies of school administrators as a whole and in each aspect, were at a high level. The scores ranked from high to low level was as follows: supervisory learning management , research promotion for learning development, curriculum development, and learning management.2. There was no significant difference in the opinion of The teachers with different teaching experience in overall and each aspect.
