Abstract:
Condominium is a new form of living residence in Thailand therefore its emergence has in turn induced a variety of problems ino respect of practical implementation, living in, as well as legislation involved e.g. Condominium Act B.E. 2522, Building Control Act B.E. 2522 and Consumer Protection Act B.E. 2522.As a consequence, it is necessary to make a concluded scrutiny of various problems on condominium which have affected consumers both in the past and in The fl.tture and bring such a conclusion as guidelines to get all problems resolved by means of revising current relevant legislation, promulgating new legislation, as well as the application of other measures with the goal to protect consumers equitably pursuant to the basic right under the 1997 Constitution of Thailand, Section 57 which provides that "An individual's personal right as a consumer should be protected..."
