Abstract:
This independent study has the objective to study about the experience of development and training, attitude for development, training, education and effectiveness of employees. Sample groups used in this study consisted of employees working in Provincial Electricity Authority, Area 1 (Central Region) Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province, number of persons in total sample groups consisted of 200 persons. Tools used in collecting of data were questionnaires. The data processing was made by using package programs. The statistics used in analyzing the information, included frequencies, percentage, mean, standard deviation and hypothesis test using Independent Samples (t-test) comparing the difference between two groups of information, (One-Way Analysis of Variance : ANOVA) to compare the difference among three information groups or more and using the statistics of Pearson Correlation Coefficient.
The study result is found that the information of experience of development and training found that most employees emphasized the importance of training in specific aspects in much level. The secondary level was teaching (elder brothers taught younger brothers) and orientation for changing of work or changing of positions. Regarding attitudes for development, training and studying, it was found that most employees had attitudes for being developed and trained in the level of agreeing with being developed and trained. Information on employees effectiveness, it was found that employees had effectiveness in three aspects, including quality of work, time, method, in the level of better than original level. Furthermore, the result of hypothesis testing found that personal information, sex, age, education level, monthly income and work sections which were different had different effectiveness of employees. The attitudes of development, training and education had relations with effectiveness of employees in the same direction.
