The Emotional Quotient of School Administrators and Personnel Administration in School Amphoe Ongkharak under the Office of Nakhonnayok Primary Educational Service Area
Abstract:
The objectives of this research were to study 1) the level of the emotional quotient of school administrators 2) the level of personnel administration in school and 3) the relationship between the emotional quotient of school administrators and personnel administration in school Amphoe Ongkharak under the office of Nakhonnayok Primary Educational Service Area.
The samples group was consisted of 222 primary school administrators in Amphoe Ongkharak under the office of Nakhonnayok Primary Educational Service Area in 2012. The data-collecting instruments were the set of five-leveled questionnaires developed by the researcher and the data-analyzing were percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearsons correlation.
The research findings were as follows 1) the level of the emotional quotient of school administrators in school Amphoe Ongkharak under the office of Nakhonnayok Primary Educational Service Area was at the high level, as a whole and in each aspect 2) the level of personnel administration in school Amphoe Ongkharak under the office of Nakhonnayok Primary Educational Service Area was at the high level, as a whole and in each aspect and 3) the relationship between the emotional quotient of school administrators and personnel administration in school were relate at significance .01.
