Abstract: การค้นคว้าอิสระนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาลักษณะทางประชากรศาสตร์ที่มีผลต่อปัจจัยจูงใจและปัจจัยค้ำจุนในการทำงานของพนักงานในบริษัทผู้ผลิตซอฟต์แวร์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ คือ พนักงานในบริษัทผู้ผลิตซอฟต์แวร์ จำนวน 400 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลใช้แบบสอบถาม โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติเชิงอนุมานประกอบด้วย Independent Samples t-test, One-way ANOVA, Least Significant Difference (LSD) ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.05 ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย อายุระหว่าง 21-30 ปี ระดับการศึกษาปริญญาตรี ทำงานในตำแหน่งปฏิบัติงานทั่วไป ประสบการณ์การทำงาน 1-5 ปี และมีรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน 25,000 บาทขึ้นไป ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานพบว่า เพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา ตำแหน่งงาน ประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน รายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือนที่แตกต่างกัน มีผลต่อปัจจัยจูงใจและปัจจัยค้ำจุนแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05

Abstract: The independent study was carried out to investigate the demographic characteristics that affected the motivation and hygiene factors of the officers working in the software company. The sample, drawn by the method of simple random sampling, comprised 400 employees working in the software company. The data were collected through the application of questionnaire, and were analyzed using descriptive statistics including Frequency, Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, as well as inferential statistics which consisted of Independent Samples t-test, One-way ANOVA, Least Significant Difference at 0.05 level of significance. The results of the study showed that the majority of the respondents were male, aged between 21-30 years old, graduated with Bacheloros degree, were general staff, had 1-5 years of work experience, and earned an average monthly income of more than 25,000 Baht. The results of hypothesis testing demonstrated that different gender, age, level of education, position, work experience, and average monthly income had effects on the differences in motivation factor and hygiene factor at 0.05 level of significance.
