Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to find out the state and problems of the administration of Co-Development Schools in Bangkok. The research sample consisted of 286 administrators and teachers in Co-Development Schools in Bangkok. The instrument of this study was questionnaire that returned and completed which represented 72.02 percent. The data was analyzed by using the percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The study results revealed. The state of the administration of Co-Development Schools in Bangkok was overall found at a high level. Separated consideration, was found the same results in both of idol schools and partner schools. Teachers and learning process development, Landscaping development, and IT using, at a high level. Student development , and community relations, at a fair level. Student development: within idol schools and partner schools the same results showed that the result of students guiding activity for grade 9 students who wish to further their study in the same school they attended or in the partner schools are the highest mean while school partners jointly developed skills program in music performance, drama and sports, has the second highest and the activities that promote development of moral Ethics and values followed by as the third. Teachers and learning process development : the research found that in the idol schools; development and production of teachers handouts, exercises, media, and educational materials for teaching and learning in both schools are the highest considerations. The development of measurement and evaluation in order to have similar standard, share of test assessment are the second and the planning measures and procedures for students followed by as the third. the partner schoolss result showed that the improvement of basic education curriculum in the development partners is the highest concern. Community relations: the idol schools has given the communications and information operations of the school to parents and community as their first priority.
