Abstract:
This independent study were aimed at examining 1) factors affecting the working motivation of Maepuem Municipality Officer, Muang Phayao District, Phayao Province. And 2) suggestion for creating motivation. The study sampling subjects were municipalitys officials, permanent employees and part time employees working in Maepuem administrative organizations totaling 44. A questionnaire was used as instrument for data collection. The data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics were percentage, mean and standard deviation.
The study results were as follow: Factors affecting the working motivation of Maepuem Municipality Offercer, Muang Phayao District, Phayao Province. Motivation factor and treatment factor was rated the average scores at high level. Motivation factor were importance with the succession in working, kind of work, responsibility, accredit and progressing in working. Treatment factor were importance with privacy living, administration, policy, relation in working, position in working, firmness, payment and welfare.
