Abstract:
Since the beginning of time, there has been controversy surrounding effective teaching methods
in Education. The focus of this abstract is to analyze transformative learning and to allow readers to understand
the many transformations the institution of Education has undergone. Teachers are always searching
for ways to deliver effective lessons while filling the basic needs of students and keeping them happy.
The following idea of linking the following components or ideas of head, mind and heart and putting these
concepts into practice have been proved to be effective. Continuous learning and effective teaching are
also essential components of teaching to meet the basic needs of the students. Teachers need to focus
on learning and teaching methods to meet the needs of the students themselves. Personality development
strategies are deemed very important. Possible in practice, the main concept is to target methods, and
utilize the proper tools in order to achieve goals. Personality determinants such as heredity, environmental,
and situational factors must be considered. Improvements are needed in all the areas of learning including;
Relaxation activity awareness and Activity prayer. Teachers can apply for a contract between the student
and the instructor that we will use to develop their own activities. By learning through contemplative study,
many principles are considered such as; compassion, connection, commitment, confrontation, continuity,
and Communal. As a result of their learning, students should understand and assess the limitations of
their learning and development of their behavioral goals. Often, students can feel the progress in their own
development and the transition to the new ideas themselves. The immediate result was students gaining
a profound self-understanding. The changes in their practices have allowed made students to feel compassion
for themselves and others.
