Abstract:
Tourism supply chain development at Doi Hang, Doi Hang Subdistrict, Muang District, Chiang Rai Province aims to study the performance of supply chain of tourism and direction to develop quality level of performance of supply chain with performance measurement in Physical flow and information flow. This study is an exploratory research and adopted a qualitative approach to conduct this study. The data was collected from 4 committee members of Doi Hang, Chiang Rai Province and the in-depth interview was used. The result indicated tourism supply chain development in 6 areas, which comprised of: (1) good level in attraction (2) relatively level in accessibility (3) relatively level in amenity (4) appropriate level in accommodation (5) good level in activities (6) relatively level in ancillary service. However, Doi Hang still required appropriate improvement for future development. The suggestion for improve efficiency of logistics activities of tourism supply chain at Doi Hang, Chiang Rai Province were, they should do advertising tourism in this area with telling the directionto the attraction in Doi Hang, improve and expand the road for easy access and should to improve in coordination between organization in tourism supply chain.
