Abstract: การวิจัยมีวัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัยเพื่อ ศึกษาโรงเรียนแบบอย่างในการนาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศไปใช้ในการจัดการเรียนรู้ เพื่อร่างแนวทางการนาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศไปใช้ในการจัดการเรียนรู้ และเพื่อเป็นนาเสนอแนวทางการนาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศไปใช้ในการจัดการเรียนรู้โรงเรียนประถมศึกษาขนาดกลาง กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลัก คือ ข้าราชการครูในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาขนาดกลาง ปีการศึกษา 2556 เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสัมภาษณ์ แบบสนทนากลุ่มซึ่ง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. สภาพปัญหาในการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศพบว่าด้านเครื่องมือที่ใช้มากที่สุดคือเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์เครื่องเล่นวีดีโอซีดี, โทรทัศน์, เครื่องโปรเจคเตอร์, โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐานโปรแกรมสาหรับการเรียนรู้ต่างๆ บุคลากรมีความรู้และทักษะการใช้เทคโนโลยี ส่วนปัญหาพบว่ามีวัสดุและเครื่องมือเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศไม่เพียงพอและการใช้ค้นหาข้อมูลเพื่อดาวน์โหลดข้อมูล, การใช้โปรแกรมต่างๆ 2. แนวทางในการนาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศไปใช้ในการจัดการเรียนรู้ คือ 2.1 ขั้นวางแผนการสอน ครูใช้เทคโนโลยีคอมพิวเตอร์ในการสืบค้น(Search)ข้อมูลสารสนเทศตัวอย่างใน Web Page โอนย้ายไฟล์หรือข้อมูล (Download) ของโรงเรียนและสานักวิชาการต่าง ๆ มาศึกษา กิจกรรม สื่อการสอน เทคนิค วิธีการ จุดเด่น จุดด้อย2.2 ขั้นสอน ครูได้ใช้เทคโนโลยี สืบค้นหาข้อมูล (Search) ในสารสนเทศ (Web Page) โอนย้าย (Download) ไฟล์หรือข้อมูล นามาศึกษา รูปแบบ วิธีการ กระบวนการกิจกรรม สื่อการสอน,ใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอน(CAI), อิเล็กทรอนิกส์บุค, การเรียนการสอนผ่านเวิลด์ไวด์เว็บ (www) และใช้อุปกรณ์เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศประกอบการสอน เช่นเครื่องเล่นวิดีโอซีดี/ดีวีดี เครื่องรับโทรทัศน์ วิดีโอโปรเจคเตอร์ 2.3 ขั้นวัดและประเมินผล ครูใช้เทคโนโลยีคอมพิวเตอร์ สืบค้นหาข้อมูล (Search) โอนย้าย(Download)ไฟล์หรือข้อมูล นามาศึกษา กิจกรรม กระบวนการวัดผลการเรียนรู้ ใช้คอมพิวเตอร์จัดพิมพ์ ออกแบบและสร้างแบบทดสอบ,สร้างโปรแกรมช่วยสอน CAI ,ใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ประมวลผลการประเมินและจัดเก็บข้อมูลผลการประเมิน 3. การนาเสนอข้อมูล ผู้ร่วมสนทนากลุ่ม มีความเห็นสอดคล้องกับแนวทางที่นาเสนอและมีความเห็นเพิ่มเติม คือ ครูควรดาวโหลดข้อมูลจากแหล่งที่น่าเชื่อถือ สื่อที่ใช้ควรเป็นสื่อมัลติมีเดีย และการใช้สื่อเทคโนโลยีประกอบหลากหลายThe research aimed to study a model school which introduced information technology in a learning management, to draft the guidelines for introducing information technology and to present the guidelines in introducing information technology in the primary medium-sized schools. The main informants were the teachers from the medium-sized schools in the academic year 2012. The instruments were the interview and a focus group. The research findings were as follows. 1. The equipments most used were computer, CD players, television set, projector, basic computer programs, and learning programs. Considering the problems, it was found that the information technology materials and the equipments were insufficient. The problem developed when data were being downloaded and program were being used. 2. The guideline for applying information technology in a learning management consisted of2.1 The planning, the teacher make use of computer technology for searching the sample information from web page, transferring or downloading benefits data for preparing learning activities, medias, techniques methods and prominent and distinctive points. 2.2 The teaching, the teacher make use of technology for searching, transferring and downloading files or data to study formats, methods learning activities and instruction media. They also can use CAI, E-book, and information technology equipments in learning activities such as CD players, television set, projector, etc. 2.3 The measuring and evaluating, the teacher make use of computer technology for searching, transferring and downloading files or data to study measuring activities and processes. They also made used of computer technology to design and make the test, create CAI, process and store evaluating data. 3. The participants in focus group were in agreement with the proposed guidelines. They added that the teachers ought to download the data or information from reliable sources. The media to be used should be a multimedia type. And the teacher made used technology in a wide variety of ways.
