Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาการดำเนินงานตามระบบประกันคุณภาพภายในของสถานศึกษาขนาดเล็ก 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบการดำเนินงานประกันคุณภาพภายในสถานศึกษาของ ขนาดเล็ก สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุบลราชธานีเขต 3 จำแนกตามตำแหน่ง และประสบการณ์การทำงานของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ครูผู้สอน ครูที่รับผิดชอบงานประกันคุณภาพภายใน และผู้แทนในคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษา 3) เพื่อศึกษาข้อเสนอแนะในการดำเนินงานตามระบบการประกันคุณภาพภายในของสถานศึกษาขนาดเล็ก กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ครูผู้สอนครูที่รับผิดชอบงานประกันคุณภาพภายใน และผู้แทนในคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษา ใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่ายและกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างจากตารางสำเร็จรูป Krejcie & Morgan ได้ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 33 คน ครูผู้สอน จำนวน 155 คน ครูที่รับผิดชอบงานประกันคุณภาพภายใน จำนวน 33 คน และผู้แทนในคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษา จำนวน 33 คน รวมจำนวนกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ 254 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินงานตามระบบการประกันคุณภาพภายในสถานศึกษาขนาดเล็ก สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่า F เมื่อพบความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติทำการทดสอบความแตกต่างรายคู่โดยวิธีของ Scheffe’ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. การดำเนินงานประกันคุณภาพภายในของสถานศึกษาขนาดเล็ก โดยภาพรวมมีการดำเนินงานอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ทุกด้านมีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินงานประกันคุณภาพภายในของสถานศึกษาขนาดเล็ก จำแนกตามตำแหน่ง และประสบการณ์การทำงาน โดยภาพรวมและรายด้าน พบว่า ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ครูผู้สอน ครูที่รับผิดชอบงานประกันคุณภาพภายใน และผู้แทนในคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษามีความคิดเห็นต่อการดำเนินงานตามระบบประกันคุณภาพภายในของสถานศึกษาขนาดเล็ก มีความคิดเห็นแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 The research aimed to study and compare the implementation according to the internal quality assurance system of the small-sized schools under Ubon Ratchathani’s Primary Educational Service Area 3 as classified by the positions, and working experiences of the school administrators, the teachers, the teachers responsible for the internal quality assurance and representatives of the educational committee, and to examine the recommendations in the implementation according to the internal quality assurance system. The samples in the research were the school administrators, the teachers and the teachers responsible for the internal quality assurance and the representatives of the educational committee, derived by a simple random sampling. The sample size was determined by Krejcie and Morgan’s table. The samples gained were 33 school administrators, 155 teachers, 33 teachers responsible for the internal quality assurance, and 33 representative of the educational committee. The research instrument was the questionnaire. Statistics used were percentage, mean, standard deviation and F-test. With statistically significant difference found, paired difference was tested by Scheffe’s method. The research findings were as follows: 1. An overall implementation of the internal quality assurance was at a high level. Individually considered, it was found that it was high in all aspects. 2. In comparing an opinion towards the implementation of the internal quality assurance by small sized schools according to the positions and the working experiences, it was found that the school administrators, the teachers, the teachers responsible for the internal quality assurance and the representatives of the educational committee had a different opinion towards the internal quality assurance in the small schools at a statistical significance of .05.
