Abstract:
การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบการมีส่วนร่วมส่งเสริมประชาธิปไตยในโรงเรียนของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุบลราชธานี เขต 1 จำแนกตาม เพศ อายุ อายุราชการ ระดับตำแหน่ง ขนาดของโรงเรียน
กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุบลราชธานี เขต 1 จำนวน 155 คน กำหนดสัดส่วนของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จาก ตารางสำเร็จรูป ของ Krejcie and Morgan ซึ่งได้มาโดยการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ซึ่งมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับ เท่ากับ.94 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่า t และ F
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. การมีส่วนร่วมส่งเสริมประชาธิปไตยในโรงเรียนของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุบลราชธานี เขต 1 เมื่อพิจารณาโดยภาพรวมและรายด้านทั้ง 4 ด้าน คือ ด้านกิจกรรมการเลือกตั้งตัวแทนนักเรียน ด้านกิจกรรมวันสำคัญ ด้านกิจกรรม การบูรณาการในเนื้อหาการเรียนการสอน และด้านกิจกรรมการใช้ชีวิตในโรงเรียน โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก
2. การเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นต่อการมีส่วนร่วมส่งเสริมประชาธิปไตยในโรงเรียน ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำแนกตามเพศ อายุ อายุราชการ ระดับตำแหน่ง ขนาดของโรงเรียน แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
3. ข้อเสนอแนะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาต่อการมีส่วนร่วมส่งเสริมประชาธิปไตย ในโรงเรียนของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา พบว่า ด้านกิจกรรมการเลือกตั้งตัวแทนนักเรียน ผู้บริหาร ควรสนับสนุนให้นักเรียนที่สมัครเป็นตัวแทนนำเสนอนโยบายของตนเองเพื่อให้เป็นแนวทาง ในการตัดสินใจของนักเรียน และผู้บริหารควรให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการเลือกตั้ง บทบาท หน้าที่ ของตนเองในระบอบประชาธิปไตยด้วย ด้านกิจกรรมวันสำคัญ ผู้บริหารควรให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับกิจกรรมวันสำคัญต่างๆ ในรอบปีแก่นักเรียน ควรนำนักเรียนเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมวันสำคัญต่างๆ ทุกกิจกรรมเพื่อส่งเสริมให้นักเรียนได้เรียนรู้ในชีวิตจริง และบุคคลใกล้เคียง ด้านกิจกรรมการบูรณาการในเนื้อหาการเรียนการสอน ผู้บริหารควรจัดทำหลักสูตรที่บูรณาการเกี่ยวกับการส่งเสริมประชาธิปไตยในทุกด้านเพื่อกระตุ้นให้นักเรียนได้เรียนรู้ และสามารถนำไปใช้ในชีวิตจริงได้ เป็นอย่างดี อีกทั้ง ในการจัดการเรียนการสอนควรส่งเสริมให้คุณครูนำความรู้เกี่ยวกับประชาธิปไตยเข้ามาสอดแทรกในเนื้อหา และกิจกรรมการใช้ชีวิตในโรงเรียน ผู้บริหารควรจัดกิจกรรมที่ส่งเสริมประชาธิปไตยในโรงเรียนเพื่อให้นักเรียนได้ปฏิบัติร่วมกัน เพื่อให้เกิดทักษะ ความรู้ และนำความรู้นั้นไปใช้ในการดำเนินชีวิตทั้งในโรงเรียน และเมื่อปฏิบัติตัวอยู่ที่บ้าน
The objectives of the research were to study and to compare the participation for democratic promotion in the schools of the school administrators under Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area 1 as classified by sex, age, service length, ranks and school sizes.
The samples used in the work were 155 school administrators, derived by a simple random sampling. The samples proportion was determined by Krejcie and Morgans table. The research instrument was the five-leveled rating scale questionnaire with the confidence value equivalent to .94, divided into four parts: election of the students representatives, activities on important days, and activities in the schools.
The research findings were as follows :
1. The school administrators participation in democratic promotion in the schools was overall at a high level.
2. A comparison of the opinion of the school administrators in democratic promotion could be illustrated as follows.
2.1 As classified by sex, the school administrators had a different opinion towards a participation in democratic promotion with a statistical significance of .01. Besides, the administrators had different participation in the students representative election, and the integrating activities with a statistical significance of .01. They had no different participation in others.
2.2 As classified by age, the school administrators had a different opinion towards a participation in democratic promotion with a statistical significance of .01.
2.3 As classified by service length, the school administrators had a different opinion towards a participation in democratic promotion with a statistical significance of .01.
2.4 As classified by the ranks, the school administrators had a different opinion towards a participation in democratic promotion with a statistical significance of .01.
2.5 As classified by the school sizes, the school administrators had a different opinion towards a participation in democratic promotion with a statistical significance of .01.
3. As far as the recommendations made by the administrators were concerned, it was found that on the students election, the schools should support the candidate students and inform them of the election, roles and duties in a democratic system; on the important day activities, the students should be told about the important days all the year round; on the integrating activities, the schools should have the curriculum to promote the democracy to motivate the students to be able to use it in their daily life. On the teaching to promote a democracy, there should be activities which engaged the students in a democratic promotion.
