Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to increase the OEE for machine tools that use to produce the parts of machinery in soft drink production process which production spare part having value of 27,776,428 baht per year. In order to prevent the instant failure of the machinery, Preventive Maintenance is set up.
PM system are used to study. To Analzyes the cuases of break down, raw data in production line spare part were collectted from machinary. All data have been compiled for analysis to find solution. The improvment of machine tools, experiment has been designed by using the statistical test differential average method and factors are OEE, MTTR and MTBF. The data have been collectd and use to forcasting MTBF for maintenance plan.
All data value from this experiment are shown that, MTBF value has incresed from 192.66 hour/time to 486.76 hour/time or 152.65%, MTTR value has been decresed from 7.11 hour/time to 0.39 hour/time or 94.51% and OEE value has been increased from 74.18% to 86.00%. The results from this study can use to be quidelines for the improvement of preventive maintenance system to extended useful life of machines tools in soft drink production process.
