Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการเลือกใช้บริการร้าน ขายยาแผนปัจจุบันของประชาชน ในเขตเทศบาลพิบูลมังสาหาร จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี และ เพื่อเปรียบเทียบปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการเลือกใช้บริการร้านขายยาแผนปัจจุบันของประชาชนในเขตเทศบาลพิบูลมังสาหาร จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี จำแนกตาม เพศ อายุ สถานภาพสมรส ภูมิลำเนาและรายได้ต่อเดือน ประชากรที่ใช้ศึกษา คือ ลูกค้าที่ตัดสินใจเลือกใช้บริการร้านขายยาแผนปัจจุบันที่อยู่ในเขตเทศบาลพิบูลมังสาหาร ได้ขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 295 ราย โดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิอย่างเป็นสัดส่วน (Stratified random sampling) เครื่องมือในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตรส่วนประเมินค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถาม เท่ากับ .95 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ (Frequency) ค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard deviation) การทดสอบค่า t การทดสอบค่า F และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณ (Multiple regressions) กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้บริการการร้านขายยาแผนปัจจุบันของประชาชน ในเขตเทศบาลพิบูลมังสาหาร จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง ร้อยละ 52.20 มีอายุระหว่าง 41 - 50 ปี ร้อยละ 33.60 มีสถานภาพสมรส ร้อยละ 50.50 มีภูมิลำเนานอกเขตเทศบาลเมืองพิบูลมังสาหาร ร้อยละ 60.70 และมีรายได้ระหว่าง 15,001 – 20,000 บาท ร้อยละ 34.20 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการตัดสินใจเลือกใช้บริการร้านขายยาแผนปัจจุบันของประชาชน ในเขตเทศบาลพิบูลมังสาหาร คือ ปัจจัยด้านผลิตภัณฑ์ ด้านราคา ด้านการส่งเสริมการตลาด และด้านกระบวนการให้บริการ เป็นตัวแปรอิสระที่ มีอิทธิพลต่อตัวแปรตามอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 และ .05 โดยตัวแปรทั้ง 4 สามารถร่วมกันทำนายการตัดสินใจเลือกใช้บริการร้านขายยาแผนปัจจุบันของประชาชน ในเขตเทศบาลพิบูลมังสาหาร ได้ร้อยละ 29.50 2. เปรียบเทียบปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการตัดสินใจเลือกใช้บริการร้านขายยาแผนปัจจุบันของประชาชน ในเขตเทศบาลพิบูลมังสาหาร พบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มีเพศ อายุ สถานภาพสมรส และภูมิลำเนา ต่างกัน พิจารณาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการตัดสินใจใช้บริการ ไม่แตกต่างกัน ส่วนกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มีรายได้ต่อเดือน ต่างกัน พิจารณาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการตัดสินใจใช้บริการ แตกต่างกัน The research aimed to study and compare the factors affecting the choosing of the modern drug stores by the residents living in the municipality of Phiboonmangsahan district of Ubon Ratchathani province, who were classified by sex, age, marital status, domicile and monthly income. The populations were 295 customers, derived by a stratified random sampling, who chose to buy drugs from the modern drug stores in the municipality. The research instrument was the five level rating scale questionnaire with the confidence value of .95. Statistics used in analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, F-test and multiple regression analysis. The subjects in the study were mainly females (52.20%), aged between 41-50 years (33.60%), marital status (married 50.50%), domicile outside the municipality areas (60.70%), income between 15,001-20,000 baht (34.20%). The research findings were as follows. 1. The factors which could affect the subjects’ decision in choosing the modern drug stores were the product, the price, the marketing promotion and the service care. They were the independent variables which could influence the dependent variables with a statistical significance of .01 and .05. The variable in question could predict the residents’ decision in choosing the modern drug stores in the municipality areas. 2. As for the comparison of the factors which affected the decision in choosing the modern drug stores in the municipality areas, it was found that the samples with different sex, age, marital status and domicile were not different in considering the factors in choosing the modern drug stores. The samples with different incomes were different in considering the factors influencing their decision in choosing the modern drug stores.
