Abstract:
The objectives of this independentstudy were to study the factorscorrelated withemployees organizational commitment atNMB-MinebeaThaiLtd. (Bang Pa-In) and study thelevelof employees organizational commitmentat NMB-MinebeaThaiLtd. (Bang Pa-In).
The sampleswere collected from 410 employeesat NMB-MinebeaThaiLtd. (Bang Pa-In). The questionnaires were used as the data collection instrument. The statistical toolsfor data analysis were Percentage, Mean andStandard Deviation. Hypotheses were tested by using Independent Samples t-test, One-Way ANOVA (F-test), Least Significant Difference (LSD), and Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient.
The findings showed that most respondents were female, agedbetween 31 and 40 years old, holding a bachelors degree, married, earning a monthly income of 10,001-20,000 baht, and having workexperience of 11-15 years.The overall employees organizational commitment was high. Personal factors, including job characteristics and work, and the perception of leadership behavior, were significantly correlated with employees organizational commitment at the significant level of 0.05. In particular, personal factors and the perception of leadership behavior had the highest correlation to employees affection commitment followed by the correlations to employees continuance commitment and employees normative commitment, respectively.
