Abstract:
The purposes of this research were to study: 1) the level of the organization culture and learning organization 2) the relationship between the organization culture and learning organization of schools and 3) the organizational culture affecting learning organization of schools under Pathumthani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1.
The research sample were 344 persons including school administrators and teachers of schools under Pathumthani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, the academic year of 2013 which selected through a stratified random sampling technique. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The data were analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearsons product moment correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression analysis.
The research findings were as follows: 1) the overall of the organization culture and learning organization of schools were high level 2) the organization culture was positively corrected at the middle level and significantly correlated with learning organization of schools at .01 level and 3) the organizational culture affecting learning organization of schools under Pathumthani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 included strategic emphases, organization glue, dominant characteristics. These factors could predict learning organization, which accounted for 46.20 percent of the variance.
