Abstract:
This independent research has objective to study good governance of police officer at Dokkhamtai Police Station and satisfaction of people in area, including problem and obstacle in good governance of Dokkhamtai Police Station, Payao Province. Sample group of this study is Dokkhamtai Police officer for 122 officers and people who contact Dokkhamtai police officer for 400 peoples, tools of this questionnaire about matter as mentioned above, leading frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and One way Anova. Result of study concluding as following; good governance of officer operation, in totally at rather most level, mean is rule of law, next is morality, responsibility, transparent, participation and valuable. For level of satisfaction of people toward service of police office for most of level are Reliability, Assurance, Empathy and Tangibles. Lowest mean is Responsiveness. For first service problem is problem of facility data and suggestion of police officer, next is problem of document, information, public relations of police station is not spreading to information with people. Dokkhamtai Police Station should be promote concept about good governance is accepted in all regions of police society, is rule of police society, better administration and continue better improvement."
