Abstract: การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาการบริหารจัดการระบบประปา มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา และเพื่อเป็นแนวทางในการนำไปใช้ประกอบการบริหารระบบประปาต่อไป กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ คือ ผู้บริหาร ผู้อำนวยการ หัวหน้างานสาธารณุปโภคและบำรุงรักษา เจ้าหน้าที่ที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่งานระบบประปา จำนวน 7 คน อาจารย์ เจ้าหน้าที่ และนิสิต มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา จำนวน 400 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสัมภาษณ์ และแบบสอบถาม นำข้อมูลที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์โดยใช้ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ""

Abstract: This independent research has objective to study problems of administration water supply of Payao University and as method of management in water supply in further. Sample group is executor of building division, director, chief of utilities and maintenance and officer of building division on water supply for 7 peoples and faculty of teacher and officer of university and student for 400 peoples. Tools of interview and questionnaire about matter as mentioned above led analyzing on frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The results can be summarized as follows, consumers has satisfaction of the Water Management University of Phayao. Overall, in the medium and found that the average most of the arrangements. Problems and approaches for the management of water supply. The person or persons involved in the class, the number of personnel responsible for water supply system is inadequate. Level technicians and skilled workers further developed to educate personnel budget that has been allocated from the budget of the University is not enough to repair the defective maintenance of the equipment could not be used immediately. The problem is that the University should allocate sufficient budget for water management. Not sufficient to meet future needs. Of electricity are intermittent. The solution is to change the water supply system up to date by using a computer to control the operation. The water supply system has the capacity to produce more, management information system that is used to manage effectively. The solution is to plan the budget and providing them adequate performance expected to be used in water treatment."
