Abstract: การวิจัยในครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงทดลอง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสร้างและหาประสิทธิภาพ ชุดการสอนแบบสื่อประสม เรื่อง การใช้งานสมิตชาร์ต และเปรียบเทียบความก้าวหน้าทางการเรียนของนักศึกษา ก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียน รวมถึงประเมินระดับความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาต่อชุดการสอนแบบสื่อประสมที่สร้างขึ้น กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ได้มาโดยเลือกแบบเจาะจงที่เป็นนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาวิชาวิศวกรรมอิเล็กทรอนิกส์และโทรคมนาคม คณะครุศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรม มหาวิทยาลัยราชมงคลสุวรรณภูมิ ที่ลงทะเบียนเรียนวิชาวิศวกรรมไมโครเวฟใน ปีการศึกษา 2/2556 จำนวน 20 คน ชุดการสอนแบบสื่อประสมเรื่อง การใช้งานสมิตชาร์ต ที่สร้างขึ้นประกอบไปด้วย ใบเนื้อหา โปรแกรมนำเสนอเพาเวอร์พอยต์ บทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอน และแบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน ผลการวิจัยพบว่าประสิทธิภาพของชุดการสอนแบบสื่อประสม เรื่อง การใช้งานสมิตชาร์ต ที่สร้างขึ้นมีประสิทธิภาพเท่ากับ 81.25/82.00 ที่เป็นไปตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐานที่กำหนด 80/80 ผลการเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของผู้เรียนเมื่อใช้ชุดการสอนแบบสื่อประสม พบว่าระดับคะแนนเฉลี่ยหลังเรียนมีค่าสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และระดับความพึงพอใจของผู้เรียนที่มีต่อชุดการสอนแบบสื่อประสม อยู่ในระดับพอใจมาก

Abstract: The objectives of this experimental research were to construct and find an efficiency of multimedia instructional package on applications of the Smith chart, compare learning achievement of the students between pretest and posttest after, and evaluate the learner’s satisfaction. The research sample were 20 students that were selected purposively from undergraduate students in electronic and telecommunications engineering program, Faculty of Technical Education, Rajamangala University of Technology Suvarnabhumi Campus. The constructed multimedia instructional package on applications of the Smith chart consists of the information sheet, Power point presentation program, computer aided instruction and achievement test. The research results shown that the constructed multimedia instructional package had efficiency at 81.25/82.00 that was higher than the criterion set of 80/80. The comparison of learning achievement between pretest and posttest shown that posttest score was higher than the pretest score with statistically significant level of .05. The learner’s satisfaction level after using the constructed instructional package is very satisfy.
