Abstract:
This research aimed at studying three aspects of problems about intra communication between the Office of Vocational Education Commission and educational subsidiary, 1) Personel in charge of sending and receiving information, 2) Equipment for communication. 3) Methods of communications. Approaches in communication problemsolving was also included in this study. Research population consisted of 319 samplings: 313 of them were information personel of all related colleges, and 6 of them were staff of the Office of Vocational Education Commission. The research tool for collecting data was questionnaire. The data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean (x¯ ) and standard deviation (S.D.) The findings of this research were as follows: 1. Personel in charge of Documentary work. It was found that most of these personel gain much knowledge and understanding about documentary process, cope with documentary work problems at moderate level, receive less consistent training on documentary work, confront with communication problems at high level, and their cooperative problem-solving was at moderate level. 2. Communication Equipment. It was found that most personels gain ability at moderate level of internet, as well as telephone and fax usage. Most departments and colleges were provided with adequate PC for communication at high level. 3. Methods of Communications. It was found at high level that most personels confront with communication problems by direct oral conversation, telephoning, postmailing, e-mailing, web-board information posting, and fax-sending. However, it was at moderate level in communicating by means of posting information on the website. 4. Official Document Follow-up. Moderate level of official document follow-up by telephoning was found. Consistent information searching in websites was at high level. Accurate information service of the Office of Vocational Education Commission through telephone was also at moderate level.
