Abstract:
This research aimed to follow up of Bachelor of Industrial Technology (Tool and Die Design) Graduate, College of Industrial Technology, King Mongkuts University of Technology North Bangkok, providing the fundamental guideline developing the current curriculum according to Thai Qualifications Framework for Higher Education. The sample consisted of 124 graduates of Bachelor of Industrial Technology (Tool and Die Design), Academic Year 2007-2008 and 117 of their superiors in various working organizations. The tools included survey forms, checklists, and rating scales from 1-5, covering 6 areas i.e. : Ethics and Moral, Knowledge, Cognitive Skills, Interpersonal Skill and Responsibility, Numerical Analysis, Communication and Information Technology Skills, and Practical Skills. The data were analyzed using SPSS program in order to find frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. As for the open-ended questions, content analysis was used. The research finding showed that the graduates superiors find that their subordinates who graduated with Bachelor of Industrial Technology (Tool and Die Design) were moderately suitable in all areas, while the graduates find themselves that they were rather suitable in all aspects in a high level.
