Abstract: การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับปัญหาการดำเนินงานและเพื่อประมวลข้อเสนอแนะแนวทางการแก้ปัญหาการดำเนินงานศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก ในเขตตำบลแหลมสัก อำเภออ่าวลึก จังหวัดกระบี่ เก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างซึ่งเป็นผู้ปกครองนักเรียน จำนวน 81 คน โดยใช้เครื่องมือ คือ แบบสอบถามที่มีความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ 0.95 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ (Frequency) ค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ปัญหาการดำเนินงานศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก ในเขตตำบลแหลมสัก อำเภออ่าวลึก จังหวัดกระบี่ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับน้อย เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับน้อย ซึ่งพบว่า ด้านการจัดกระบวนการเรียนรู้เพื่อส่งเสริมพัฒนาการเด็ก มีปัญหาในระดับน้อยที่สุด รองลงมาคือ ด้านคุณภาพเด็ก และด้านการบริหารจัดการศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก ตามลำดับ ส่วนข้อเสนอแนะในการดำเนินงาน ผู้บริหารควรให้ความสำคัญกับศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กและให้ความสำคัญกับการศึกษามากขึ้น มีการจัดกิจกรรมให้เด็กได้เรียนรู้ภายนอกห้องเรียนมากขึ้น อาคารเรียนทั้งภายในและภายนอกควรมีความปลอดภัย และส่งเสริมให้เด็กมีนิสัยรักการอ่านและมีความคิดสร้างสรรค์

Abstract: The objectives of the research were to study the level of the problems of the Preschool Centers in Laem Sak Sub-District. The sample group consisted of 81 people whose children were studying at the Preschool Centers. Questionnaires with a level of reliability of 0.95 were used to collect the data. The statistics employed to analyse the collected data included frequency, means, and S.D. The results of the study revealed : the level of problems of the Preschool Centers was found to be low overall and in each aspect. The area of problem which was ranked lowest was found to be managing the learning activities for child development, followed by quality of children, and general management of the Centers. Suggestions included that the administrators should pay more interest in the management of the Centers. The Centers should increase more activities outside classrooms. The classrooms and environment should be safe. Children should be encouraged to read more and more activities should be provided to enhance the children’s creativity.
