The first group was administered at Thonburi Commercial College on January, 2729, 2009. The second one was finally studied at Thonburi Vocational College on February, 2325, 2009. The purposive samplings technique was conducted with the implementation of the One-Group pretest-posttest Design. The pretest was initially applied on the samplings while the posttest was finally applied on such the groups at the end of the training. Additionally, satisfaction evaluation questionnaire for the training activities would be completed by the experimental groups to discover the statistical reports of the effectiveness of the designed training curriculum and instruction media. The experimental results show that the designed curriculum and instruction media could provide theoretical effectiveness at the rational degree of 85.13/84.27 which could be practically exceed the defined one of 80/80. The mean scores of the pretest and the posttest was significantly different at the statistical level of .01.
