Abstract: ปัจจุบันบริษัทฯ ประสบปัญหาเกี่ยวกับการใช้เวลานานในการจัดเก็บข้อมูล การคัดแยกข้อมูล การสืบค้นข้อมูล การออกบิลค่าสมาชิก การสูญหายของข้อมูล ความถูกต้องของข้อมูล และ การจัดทำรายงานสำหรับการบริหารจัดการ สารนิพนธ์ฉบับนี้จึงมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาโปรแกรม การจัดการฐานข้อมูลสำหรับบริษัทตัวอย่าง เพื่อใช้ลดเวลาในการปฏิบัติงานดังกล่าวข้างต้น อีกทัง้ ยังสามารถใช้เป็นข้อมูลในการตัดสินใจในการบริหารจัดการที่เหมาะสม และเกิดประโยชน์ สูงสุดกับบริษัทอีกด้วย ผู้จัดทำสารนิพนธ์ได้ใช้โปรแกรมจัดการฐานข้อมูล Visual Data Manager และโปรแกรม Visual Basic 6.0 ในการพัฒนาโปรแกรม โดยโปรแกรมที่พัฒนาขึ้นนี้ได้ถูกออกแบบ ให้มีขัน้ ตอนการใช้งานง่ายและมีความสามารถตรงตามความต้องการของผู้ใช้งาน ผลการทดสอบ การใช้งานโปรแกรมที่ได้จัดทำขึ้น โดยการเปรียบเทียบเวลาในการดำเนินงาน ระหว่างระบบ การทำงานแบบเดิมกับการปฏิบัติงานโดยใช้โปรแกรม สรุปได้ว่าการปฏิบัติงานโดยใช้โปรแกรม สามารถบรรลุวัตถุประสงค์ที่ตัง้ ไว้ โดยสามารถลดเวลาในการจัดเก็บลงได้จาก 10.02 นาที เหลือ 3.10 นาทีหรือคิดเป็น 69.06% ลดเวลาในการค้นหาได้จาก 25.35 นาที เหลือ 1.10 นาที คิดเป็น 95.66% ลดเวลาในการออกบิลได้จาก 3.03 นาที เหลือ 0.60 นาที คิดเป็น 80.19% และลดเวลาโดยรวมได้จาก 38.40 นาที เหลือ 4.80 นาที คิดเป็น 87.50% ยิ่งไปกว่านั้น การใช้งานโปรแกรมที่ได้จัดทำขึ้นนี้ยังสามารถลดการสูญหายของข้อมูลได้ อีกทัง้ ยังสามารถ ทำรายงานได้อย่างถูกต้องและรวดเร็ว และยังสามารถลดการใช้กระดาษในบริษัทได้อีกด้วย

Abstract: Currently, the selected company faced a problem in taking very much time consuming in routine operations such as data filing, data seeking, data losing, invoicing, accuracy of data, and reporting. This master project then aims to develop an information system in order to replace the existing manual operations by computer based operations so that the mentioned problems can be decreased or remedied. The visual data management and visual basic 6.0 were used to develop the proposed information system. Since the developed information system was designed based on real user requirements, then it is very easy to implement. Based on three months of implementation, the results obviously show that using the proposed information system can significantly reduce timing in all operations. The data filing time can be reduced greatly from 10.02 to 3.10 minutes or 69.06%, the data seeking time can be reduced dramatically from 25.35 to 1.10 minutes or 95.66%, invoicing time can be reduced from 3.03 to 0.60 minutes or 80.19%, and total operations time can be reduced significantly from 38.40 to 4.80 minutes which is 87.50% roughly. Furthermore, the data losing problem can remedied, the reporting can be performed faster than ever, and the paper works in the selected company can be reduced as well.
