Abstract: สารนิพนธ์นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อออกแบบระบบสารสนเทศสำหรับใช้ การซ่อมเครื่องจักร, การจัดการวัสดุอะไหล่, การคิดต้นทุนงานซ่อมบำรุง ของหน่วยงานซ่อมบำรุง โดยหน่วยงาน ซ่อมบำรุงยังขาดการบันทึกข้อมูลประวัติเครื่องจักรที่เป็นระบบ ทำให้วัสดุอะไหล่บางประเภทมีมาก หรือน้อยเกินความต้องการ ซึ่งทำให้ต้นทุนการจัดการสินค้าคงคลังสูงเกินไป ดังน้ันผู้วิจัยจึงได้พัฒนา ระบบฐานข้อมูลเพื่อใช้ในการบันทึกข้อมูลประวัติเครื่องจักร การหาจุดสั่งซื้อ, ปริมาณการสั่งซื้อ ปริมาณสินค้าสำรองของวัสดุอะไหล่และการคิดต้นทุนงานซ่อมบำรุง โดยใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Visual Studio.NET ซึ่งทำงานบนฐานข้อมูล Web Application, SQL Server เพื่อให้ง่ายต่อการใช้งาน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ระบบสารสนเทศและระบบฐานข้อมูลที่ถูกพัฒนาขึ้นเมื่อเปรียบเทียบกับระบบเดิม สามารถลดต้นทุนการจัดการสินค้าคงคลังจากการทดสอบกับวัสดุอะไหล่ 3 ชนิด คือ วัสดุอะไหล่ Brush Spring TP R สามารถลดต้นทุนการจัดการสินค้าคงคลัง จาก 390,000 บาท/ปี เป็น 195,000 บาท/ปี คิดเป็น 50% ต่อปี, วัสดุอะไหล่ ผ้าเบรค Skip PCS สามารถลดต้นทุนการจัดการสินค้าคงคลัง จาก 33,500 บาท/ปี เป็น 21,240 บาท/ปี คิดเป็น 36.6% ต่อปี , วัสดุอะไหล่ เฟืองขับ Pinch Roll สามารถลดต้นทุนการจัดการสินค้าคงคลัง จาก 94,520 บาท/ปี เป็น 54,210 บาท/ปี คิดเป็น 42.6% ต่อปี สุดท้ายนี้ระบบฐานข้อมูลนี้ยังทำให้เกิดความสะดวกในการบันทึกและการค้นหาข้อมูล ซึ่งแสดง ให้เห็นว่ามีประสิทธิภาพกว่าระบบเดิม

Abstract: The purpose of this master project is to apply of management information system for repairing machine, managing spare parts and calculating maintenance operation cost for maintenance division. The maintenance division lack of systematical machine historical data. It has an effect on spare part inventory, which is sometimes higher or lower than demand. Therefore, this system can collect historical data of machine, calculate reorder point, purchasing order, appropriate safety stock and calculate maintenance cost of each job. The database was developed by Microsoft Visual Studio.Net, Web Application and SQL Server which are simple to use. The results were tested with actual system by comparing the old system with the new one. It was found that the new system can reduce the inventory management cost.And it can conclude each equipment maintenance cost, for example, reducing inventory management cost of brush spring TP R from 390,000 Baht/Year to 195,000 Baht/Year (50%/Year), Skip PCS from 33,500 Baht/Year to 21,240 Baht/Year (36.6%/Year) and Pinch Roll from 94,520 Baht/Year to 54,210 Baht/Year (42.6%/Year). Moreover, the information of maintenance work is recorded and convenient for searching. This shows that the new developing information system operated workflow more efficiently the old system.
