The performance of the teachers in the opportunity expansion schools under the supervision of the Krabi office of primary educational service area in Lamtub sub-district based on the PDCA process in the internal quality assurance system
Abstract:
The objectives of the research were to study the level of the performance of the teachers in the opportunity expansion schools based on the PDCA process in the internal quality assurance system, to compare the level of performance of the teachers of different working experience. The sample group consisted of 52 teachers. Questionnaires were used to collect the data. The statistics employed to analyse the collected data included frequency, means, S.D. and F - test.
The results of the study revealed :
1. The level of performance of the teachers based on the PDCA process was found to be high overall. The 7th area of the process (Efficient and effective teaching) was found to be the highest, followed by the 10th area (Organizing curriculum, learning process, and activities to develop the learners), and the 13th area (Creating, promoting, and supporting the schools to become the learning society).
2. The teachers of different working experience had similar opinions about the level of performance based on the PDCA process in the Internal Quality Assurance System.
