Abstract:
Researching in subject A study of satisfaction in plant for operation employees to reduce
employees turnover case study : S.M.C former Co., Ltd. (Public) is proposed to study the
satisfaction ranking in plant of operation employees for all views. Study a ranking of satisfaction
in plant from the highest to the lowest satisfaction. Study a relationship of personal data and
satisfaction ranking in plant and how to reduce rate of employees turnover to remain 5 percent.
Sample group of this study was operation employees in production section of S.M.C former Co.,
Ltd. (Public) that had total 194 samples. Using questionnaire was tool for this study then will be
used statistical analysis data to meet proportion, mean , standard deviation and how to calculate
chi-square point.
The result of this study was found that the most employee had personal character including
age 15-20 year-old 20 percent ,their mostly original background on northeastern part 47.94
percent, single status 74.23 percent, educational level in high school and educational certificate
62.89 percent. For level of employee satisfaction, it was found that all satisfaction ranking were
middle value. From the hypothesis test, the data of personal employee variable including age and
original background and status and educational level didnt significantly relate with the ranking of
satisfaction in plant on confidence level 0.05. And to reduce rate of turnover to 4.29 percent. By
increased minimum wage, it can be assigned minimum rate of wage from 203 baht per day to 223
baht per day that increased motivated force in working.
