Abstract:
The purposes of this research were to study and compare factors affecting teachers quality of working life of school under the municipal district, Meuang District, Phayao classifying base on educational background, salary rate and academic standing payment. The population of the study came from 160 school employee teachers under the municipal district, Meuang District, Phayao. The data were analyzed through computer program using the percentage, average and standard deviation. The findings showed the overall of school employee teachers under the municipal district, Meuang District, Phayao are in high level. Form ranking of top three, the balance between life and working was the highest score, followed by rules and regulations for the operation, and hygienic and safety environments had the same score with the social integrating. The finding of comparable working life quality classifying base on educational background revealed that school employee teachers under the municipal district with higher educational background than bachelor's degree expressed opinions toward quality of working life in 8 ways that they had higher quality of working life than school bachelor's degree employee teachers under the municipal district. Classifying base on salary rate and academic standing payment revealed that school employee teachers under the municipal district with academic standing as specialist teachers expressed opinions toward quality of working life that they had higher quality of working life than school employee teachers under the municipal district with academic standing as teachers of special expertise, expert teachers, teachers, 2 years probation teachers and annual contract employee teachers.
