The Strategic Planning Problems of Educational Opportunity Extension Schools, Wiang Kaen District, Chiang Rai Province, Chiang Rai Educational Service Area Office 4
Abstract:
The objective of this research was 1) to study strategic planning problems of educational opportunity extension schools, WiangKaen District, Chiang Rai Province, Chiang Rai primary educational service area office 4. 2) to compare strategic planning problems of educational opportunity extension schools, WiangKaen District, Chiang Rai Province, Chiang Rai primary educational service area office 4 which divided along position tenure status and size of school. The data was collected from the questionnaires. The population in this study consisted of school administrators and planning responsible teachers of educational opportunity extension schools, WiangKaen District, Chiang Rai Province, Chiang Rai primary educational service area office 4 during 2012 academic year for 127 persons. Then the data were statistically analyzed by using package program to find mean, standard deviation, percentage and t-test. The results of this study were as follows: 1) The overall strategic planning problems level of educational opportunity extension schools, WiangKaen District, Chiang Rai Province, Chiang Rai primary educational service area office 4 were found to be at high level with average of 3.73. When considered each aspect with average arrangement from the most to the least showed that the external environment analysis aspect, internal environment analysis aspect, school strategic determination aspect, school direction determination aspect, school status study aspect and school status evaluation aspect had problem level to be at high level with average of 3.75, 3.75, 3.75, 3.74, 3.71 and 3.68, respectively. 2) The personnel with different position and size of school had different strategic planning problems of educational opportunity extension schools, WiangKaen District, Chiang Rai Province, Chiang Rai primary educational service area office 4 at statistically significant level of p-value<0.05. which accepted hypothesis for all aspects."
